If your organization is just being formed, your organization should register soon after your articles of incorporation are filed so that the organization is permitted to engage in fundraising activities. At this stage, often it is appropriate to complete the financial information section of the registration form by y inserting "zeros" into the appropriate blanks, because the organization is so new that it has not yet experienced any of the financial activity requested on the form.
